THE LEADERSHIP CIRCLE
The Leadership Circle is a powerful framework and leadership development system, which builds the competencies and capability of leaders through supporting them to evolve their complexity of mind to match the complexity of the environment. Over the last decade The Leadership Circle has established a global presence and has risen to the top tier of Leadership Assessments, preferred by executive and leadership development professionals worldwide.
The Leadership Circle provides methodologies, certification programs, workshops and assessments that provide a pathway to evolved and effective leadership. We also partner with a wide range of companies and organisations around the world on creating effective leadership development strategies.
Beyond Traditional Competency-Based Approaches!
The Universal Model of Leadership and Stages of Development Framework are the backbone of our assessment tools, coaching practices and overall individual and organization development methodology. This is the only comprehensive model that integrates the fragmented field of leadership development; that is business relevant; that is supported by metrics, measurement, and research; and that has been applied with a track record of success. Our Model:
Integrates the best theory and research on leadership, human, and spiritual development, and is as complex (and elegant) as the complexities that leaders face today
Radically shifts our understanding of what extraordinary leadership is and how we can champion its development
Is dynamic, such that if we change a limiting belief and its associated behaviour, certain predictable effective behaviours and results naturally emerge
With over 1,000 certified consultants in Asia Pacific, more than 5,000 globally, and clients across all industries, The Leadership Circle is a proven model that creates extraordinary results.

The Leadership Circle Profile
The Leadership Circle Profile Certification is a powerful, content rich and engaging three-day program. In attending, you will become certified to administer the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) and the Leadership Circle Profile-Manager Edition (LCP-ME) and to provide debriefing and follow-through coaching for senior leaders and managers.
The Leadership Circle Profile is considered is a true breakthrough among 360-degree profiles. It helps leaders understand the relationship between how they habitually think, how they behave, and how all this impacts their current level of leadership effectiveness and business performance. Once this awareness is established, leadership development becomes more meaningful and impactful. Without this awareness, change rarely happens.
For more detailed information about The Leadership Circle Profile, please click here to view the brochure.
Who Should Attend?
This 3-day certification workshop is for organisational and leadership consultants, facilitators, executive and developmental coaches, internal organisational development and senior human resources professionals, and for company executives.
On registration we request that you forward a brief Bio or LinkedIn Profile which highlights your coaching/consulting experience in the following, or related, areas: Executive Coaching, OD/Change Management, Learning & Development, Culture Transformation, Executive Leadership &/or Management Development Programs, Senior HR Roles, Counselling or Psychology, Teaching or Group Facilitation.
For consultants/attendees who’ll be delivering and debriefing the Leadership Circle 360 assessment on an ongoing basis as part of a leadership development or coaching program with clients, it is expected that you'd have prior coaching and/or one-on-one development experience. Should that not be the case please let us know, so that we can have a more detailed discussion with you to ensure the certification meets your needs.
In order to meet certification requirements, you will be expected to attend all 3 days and demonstrate an ability to create a safe space through your presence for debriefing the LCP 360 to a satisfactory level of competence. You will also be required to complete the Post Certification Requirements listed below.
In alignment with our sustainability policy from August 2019 many of our Certification programs will be paperless, requiring participants to download all certification materials prior to the workshop and bring their laptop/tablet to the certification to access materials. Your registration confirmation will indicate if your certification will be paperless and provide instructions accordingly.
The Collective Leadership Assessment
Have you registered for the Collective Leadership Assessment Certification?
Our additional 1-day Collective Leadership Assessment Certification (formerly The Leadership Culture Survey Certification) is a companion certification to the 3-day Leadership Circle Profile Certification and is conveniently held at the same location. Workshop hours are 8.30AM to 5.30PM. In order to meet certification requirements, you are expected to attend the full day.
N.B. Completion of the 3-day LCP Certification is a pre-requisite for participation in the Collective Leadership Assessment Certification.
The Collective Leadership Assessment Certification focuses on how to practically work with and effectively debrief teams and collective leadership groups. Upon completion of the Certification you will be certified in administering and debriefing The Collective Leadership Assessment (CLA) (formerly known as The Leadership Culture Survey - LCS). You will also learn distinctions between debriefing the CLA and a Leadership Circle Profile Group Report.
The Collective Leadership Assessment (CLA) fits seamlessly with the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) because it is built from the same framework as the LCP. Where the LCP provides in-depth feedback for individual leadership development, the CLA builds readiness for change at the collective leadership level.
If you attended a Leadership Circle Profile Certification prior to 2017 you will be familiar with the Leadership Circle Culture Survey, however you would not have had the opportunity to delve into the CLA to the depth we believe it deserves. This additional 1-day program provides you with that opportunity, so we encourage all TLC consultants to join us for this content rich, experiential day focused on deepening your ability to understand, work with and effectively debrief the CLA for the greater benefit of your clients.
For more information view the Collective Leadership Assessment Certification Brochure here.
The Certification Process
What to Expect at Certification
The three day Leadership Circle Profile Certification is rich with information, research, experiential processes, group sharing, demonstrations and time for practice and debriefs. It has been intentionally designed to ensure you leave with a deep understanding of the power of The Leadership Circle Framework and the ability to debrief the LCP 360 assessments to a high level of confidence.
The certification learning environment is a both a personal and a collaborative experience. Prior to the certification you will personally experience the Leadership Circle Profile 360 feedback process and receive a 90 minute debrief with one of the TLC Faculty. One of the added benefits is the opportunity for sharing experiences and learning from each other, both during and after the certification. You will also be encouraged to continue your own development post the certification with one of your colleagues in the workshop.
Each day starts at 8.30AM sharp and ends at 5.30PM. In order to meet certification requirements, you are expected to attend all 3 days and demonstrate an ability to create a safe space through your presence for debriefing the LCP 360 to a satisfactory level of competence. Should you need to miss any part of a session, please let us know in advance so that we can discuss your absence with the facilitator to ensure that you can still meet certification requirements.
Dress Code for the 3 days is business-casual.
Meals and Refreshments
Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea are provided on all 3 days. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, there will be an opportunity to note these during the registration process.
After you register, you’ll receive a Registration Confirmation with more details about logistics including the venue location, parking, hotels nearby and so forth. Please be on the lookout and make sure @theleadershipcircle.com.au is added to your address book.
